‘DIGHA’ I think all of us aware with this name. I am a Bengali and as a Bengali Digha is one of the famous tourist spot of West Bengal. If someone planning for a short trip and he also leaves in West Bengal then Digha is the best place for vacation. When I get a small vacation from my office, I will feel that to organise this small Digha trip but each time this trip is not possible. At last waiting for 14 years we get a chance to visit Digha. In west Bengal Digha is one of the best palaces for vacation.

Digha is mainly a weekend Gateway. Already 14 years is pass away and in this time period we heard that Digha is completely change so we are very much excited to explore this New getup of Digha.
On Saturday day morning we started our journey, I had planned that, this time we travel by train in Ac coach. So we already bought those tickets and our journey began.
We had already booked our hotel in Old Digha. The Hotel is beautiful and well decorated. After reached here we completed our breakfast then took some rest. The sea beach of Digha is near to our hotel so in evening we went to the sea beach; we just walk on the sea beach and enjoy the sun set of Digha.
We already heard; the beauty of Digha has been increasing so much and that’s really true. The new getup of Digha is awesome. The sea beach of Digha well decorated and well planned development is done here, many restaurants have built in Digha.
In this post we only discus about the new look of Digha.
From the old days the beauty of sea in Digha always special and this feeling is still exists. When we sat on sea beach we feel amazed and felt awesome.
WEEKEND GATE WAY FROM KOLKATA
Many hotels of different budget are available here. There are good restaurants available everywhere. Ones upon a time this Digha beach was so dirty that one could not felt good but what a development done in that place we are totally amazed, now the place is neat and clean. Now lights, security, seating bench, cafeteria all are available in this place. Some shops also available in that new Digha sea beach. I suggest that please visit Old Digha beach because its quiet, calm and the main thing is the sense of tranquillity, but my advice try to avoid holiday time because this time there is too much rush.
One think remember that Old Digha is not bathing. One has to walk either 8 to 10 minutes towards the east and New Note : Digha sea beach is mainly use for bathing.
Along the side of sea beach, there are so many fish shops are available where one can eat different types of sea fishes. As a Bengali I traveled different places so that’s why I know that the specialty of Digha is different sea food. If one not tries this food then one can miss a lot of things.

Food : If you want to enjoy fresh plates of seafood and local sweet water fish, you have to visit Nehru market otherwise go to Mohana or Udaypur.
The hotel and the bus booking are available on online. People feel refreshing by the smell of the nature, so at the end we say that Digha is the most preferable holiday destination for every Bengali.
